We are a craft canned cocktail company making classic and original cocktails. We only use high quality ingredients such as fresh pressed citrus, cold pasteurized cranberry, locally roasted coffee and spirits. We bring the cocktail bar to you.

The Cocktail Chemist was born in 2006 in NYC while I was working at TAO Asian Bistro. It was just something a friend started calling me, like a tagline, and it grew from there. I eventually got into doing some restaurant and bar consulting then had ideas to evolve and expand. I started conceptualizing this canned cocktail aspect about five years ago. Many ups and downs, lies and broken promises. Finally got funding last year and found the ideal distillery to bring my vision to market. We are now one month from launch here in CT.

Unlike most canned alcoholic drinks, which are made with a malt liquor, The Cocktail Chemist canned cocktails are made with only the finest quality gluten-free American corn vodka, and Caribbean rum.
Natural Ingredients
Our canned cocktails require NO preservatives due to their alcohol content. We take pride in our high quality ingredients such as fresh pressed citrus juices from Florida, 100% cane sugar and natural flavors.
Backed by Experience
Owner Dimitrios Zahariadis has been in the beverage development industry since 2006. With that much experience behind the bar, it only makes sense that flavor comes first
